Yes & No, we manage residential units as of now (apartments, villas, townhouses) as will have commercial spaces (offices, retail shops, warehouses) in our portfolio in the coming future across Dubai.
How do you ensure my property is rented quickly?

What documents are required to rent a property?
You’ll need a valid Emirates ID, passport copy, visa page, and in some cases, a salary certificate or bank statement.
How do I pay my rent and security deposit?
Rent is usually paid via credit/debit card or bank transfers. The security deposit (typically 10% of annual rent in case of long term & 1,500 AED in term of short term) is paid upfront as booking conformation and is refundable at the end of the tenancy.
Can I report maintenance issues online?
Yes, tenants can report maintenance issues through our tenant app or support line. Our team responds within 24 hours for non-urgent cases and immediately for emergencies.
What is your policy on early termination of the lease?
